LIMITED WARANTY

New Race provides this warranty to consumers who have purchased a New Race product ("Product (s)") from Nova Corrida or an authorized New Race representative (1). New Race warrants that all new products are free from production defects, or materials ("Defects") for 2 years from the date of purchase by the consumer of an authorized representative ("the Warranty Period").
The warranty period may be extended to 3 years if the customer registers their wheels within a maximum period of 15 days after their purchase.
This warranty applies only to defects found within the warranty period and extendable only to the original purchaser of the Product.
New Race products conform to its description and specifications, and it is your responsibility to make sure that the products you purchase are designed for the intended use.
This warranty is valid and applicable only in the country where the product was purchased, provided that New Race has stipulated that such product is made available for sale in that country. This guarantee shall also apply in any other country in which New Race has an authorized New Race subsidiary, dealer or distributor (1).
Depending on the country, individual or variable warranties may apply in relation to the legislation in force.
Nothing in this warranty policy may exclude or limit these legal provisions.
To the extent permitted by national law, the Warranty Period will not be extended, renewed or otherwise affected by reason of the subsequent resale, repair or replacement of the Product. However, the part (s) replaced during the warranty period will be covered by a new warranty and a new warranty period of two years, provided that such replacement has been made by A New Race representative in the country in question.

CONDITIONS AND RESTRITIONS

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

• The normal wear and tear of the Product. The following parts are considered wearable parts and wear parts: Braking, valves, tabs, bearings, free wheel bodies, seals, decorative items;
• Damage caused by the transport, handling or storage of the product;
• Damage caused by assembly of parts that are suitable for the product;
• Damage caused by improper mounting of the product;
• Defects or damage caused by improper use or insufficient maintenance;
• Damage due to non-compliance with the product owner's manual;
• Damage due to modifications to the product;
• Any impact caused by sharp items, due to torsion, compression, fall, abnormal impact or other actions that are Beyond the reasonable control of the New Race;

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

• The product is not returned in its original packaging;
• The product has been modified or repaired by any person or entity other than a New Race representative in the country in question;
• The Product has been repaired with unauthorized spare parts;
• The Product serial number has been removed, deleted, changed, or made unreadable;

This warranty does not apply to products of the "New Race Special Competition Service".

WARRANTY EXECUTION

New Race or an authorized retailer shall, in its sole discretion, either (a) repair the product or (b) replace the Product without any charge.
The appropriate solution will be determined by New Race based on the following considerations:

• The value of the product free from defects;
• The importance of the defect;
• The inconvenience that each of the solutions would represent for the original purchaser;

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE MANDATORY LAWS, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. NEW RACE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF ANTICIPATED BENEFITS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF REVENUE, COST OF ANY STUBSTITUTE EQUIPMENT OR FACILITIES, CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES, DAMAGE TO PROPERTY RESULTING FROM THE PURCHASE OR USE OF THE PRODUCT OR ARISING FROM THE BREACH OF THE WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT TORT, OR ANY LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY, EVEN IF NEW RACE KNEW OF THE LIKELIHOOD OF SUCH DAMAGES. NEW RACE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DEALY IN RENDERING WARRANTY SERVICE.
